This accumulation tank allows you to store a bit of extra water from your reverse osmosis system. This helps with back to back shot pulls, if you have a water tap or pitcher rinser installed on the same line, or if your reverse osmosis system is just not outputting fast enough. It installs very simply with John Guest fittings on the water line in between your reverse osmosis system and espresso machine.
